Yes, several players have been successfully scouted and even signed by clubs after participating in Train Effective’s programs.
Here a few notable Success Stories:
Siam Yapp: After participating in a Train Effective Football Camp, Siam Yapp signed his first professional contract within just four months.
Johan Bakayoko: Progressed to play for PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie
Katharina Baumann: Train Effective member since 2017 and progressed to play for Eintracht Frankfurt in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
Emil Konradsen: Advanced to play for US Sassuolo in Serie A.

While the 'Talent Pathway' programme gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills in front of coaches and scouts with professional connections across Europe, it does not guarantee that you will get scouted or signed by a club.
Success depends on several factors including your performance, potential, attitude, and eligibility (like visa/work permit requirements). However, the program does provide valuable exposure, feedback, and a platform to be seen by the right people — which can significantly increase your chances.

The Train Effective Football Camps are the ultimate football experience for all players from the age of 13 and above.

The first step is to download the Train Effective app and start your training. We recommend to train at least 3 times a week and be active inside the app every day to make considerable progress and climb the leaderboard.
P.S. Players who use the PRO or Academy Membership of the app tend to develop 4x faster than regular users.
